Who Receives
The product will only be delivered to individuals who prove they are over 18 years of age. The product may be received by concierges, family members, neighbors, etc., upon express notification by the customer.
Delivery hours are between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Product Review
Upon delivery, the customer must thoroughly inspect each product and sign the shipping guide confirming receipt. Any situation occurring after the product has been properly received will be the customer's sole responsibility, except for written observations made on the delivery documents and manufacturing defects that, by their nature, can only be detected later. Unless the defects are manufacturing defects, the responsibility for the product's condition will fall exclusively on the customer or user.

Accordance
If the customer is satisfied with the product, our delivery staff will leave the product at the previously designated location within the home. At the delivery location, the spaces must be clear, clean, and free of clutter for product packaging. If the space is not clear, clean, and free of clutter, our staff will not proceed with the packaging. Products will be brought into homes or apartments only through normal access points, such as stairs or elevators. Products will not be brought in or brought up through windows, balconies, ledges, or narrow stairwells where the product could be damaged or our staff at risk, nor through any other location that poses a risk to the physical integrity of our staff, third parties, the products, or private property.

Lamp installation service
The electrical installation service includes a prior visit and additional cost based on the technician's evaluation.

Shipping and facilities outside of Santiago have an additional cost depending on the distance, mode of transportation, and number of people needed.

Our dispatch staff is not authorized to remove doors or windows, lower them, reduce them, or handle products other than those being delivered at that time.
