What is the address of the showroom and is there parking?

The store address is Isidora Goyenechea 3200, Las Condes and we do have parking for our customers.

What are the showroom's opening hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. During the summer, the showroom is closed from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and is closed on Saturdays.

Do you ship to all of Chile?

Yes, delivery times within the Metropolitan Region are 2 to 5 days, and for other regions, it is 5 to 7 days.

Do you have the withdrawal option?

Yes, you can choose to pick up your order at our showroom. Once your purchase is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email notification.

How can I see the products in stock?

The products listed on the page with the "Add to Cart" option are available. If you need more information, you can write to us at info@interdesign.cl or come directly to our showroom.

What can I do if a product I want is out of stock?

If you're looking for something that's temporarily out of stock, you'll have a "Request a Quote" option. Once you click that button, you'll need to fill out the form, and we'll contact you with the necessary information.

How long does it take to import a product?

Each quote will have a specific turnaround time, but these are approximate times: Air: 45 days, plus surcharge. Sea: 90 days, no surcharge. Air freight is payable 100% in cash. The surcharge will depend on the volume and weight of the products being imported.

Is it safe to buy from Interdesign?

The risk of fraud due to unpaid or unpaid documents is completely eliminated. The purchasing process and customer service are streamlined. Sales through these channels are fully guaranteed by Transbank. We offer a simple and reliable credit process for any purchase and any amount.

Si! Para algunas marcas y productos contamos con servicio técnico propio o según el caso podemos gestionar la revisión directamente con la marca.
