Potence Pivoting Wall Lamp - Black

Charlotte Perriand was inspired by the rise of sailboats when she conceived Potence Pivotante in 1938. Designed as a highly accessible rotating lamp, it was made from two black tubular sections assembled in an inverted "L" shape to conduct the electrical cable from the switch to the bulb. The steel arm, fixed to the wall, rotates on its horizontal axis, describing an angle of almost 180°.
