Servomuto Table - White/Black

Once again, a timeless object whose form perfectly matches its function. It has a stable base with a slender vertical post with a knob at the top for support and a small round table at an ideal height for placing objects. In other words, Servomuto, light and easy to move, is the worthy successor to Franco Albini's essential, elegant, and balanced Cicognino. It belongs to a large group of objects, all originating from the ashtrays and umbrella stands explicitly designed by the Castiglioni brothers as furniture pieces for the Splügen Bräu pub/restaurant in Milan in 1961.
