Bread cutting board - Sbriciola

Designed by Anna and Gian Franco Gasparini for Alessi, Sbriciola is a cutting board specially designed for bread.

Made of bamboo wood and thermoplastic resin, it combines practicality and warmth. Its surface features longitudinal grooves that allow crumbs to easily fall into a lower drawer. This compartment has two sections: one for storing the knife and the other for collecting crumbs, making it easier to keep your table or countertop clean and organized.

A simple and functional design that integrates naturally into kitchens of different styles.
